Stimulus Package Includes Return of Higher Conforming Loan Limits
The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (i.e. Stimulus Bill) has some provisions that are of particular interest in the Park City area.  The law, signed by President Obama on Feb. 17th, reinstates the temporary loan limits issued last year.  This means that the upper end of the loan limit for Fannie, Freddie, and FHA loans will be $729,750.  For more information on this an other home related facets of the bill, refer to Realtor.org.
